DOL Issues Annual Pension Funding Notice Requirements

On March 8, 2013, the U.S. Department of Labor issued Field Assistance Bulletin 2013-01 , concerning new pension funding disclosure requirements mandated by the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act, which was signed into law in July 2012.
