Judge rules in favor of Corpus Christi business in lawsuit over classification of workers

In 2010 the Department of Labor investigated Gate Guard Services, L.P. and ordered owner Bert Steindorf to pay $6 million in back wages to gate attendants and service technicians because he incorrectly classified workers.
